A good friend is: Full of Laughs
My motto is: To be decided, when I am old.
Training tips or tricks: Keep loose and be happy on your bike.
Your best day riding: A fresh moist morning on the coast, there is nothing like it.
What drives you to ride every day? My life style drives me to ride every day. The west coast is bike Mecca. In my eyes there is nothing more fun to do here than ride your bike.
Who are your main influences? My friends and family. My dad is a creative mind who has shaped me into the person that I am, he makes it clear that you never have to grow up inside.
MUSIC that you listen to? Anything with a good beat and cool sounds. Music is really important to me and I try to stay open to all tunes.
Most memorable moment this year? Whoa, I don’t think I can narrow down one most memorable moment. There are simply too many. Between 4 road trips south of the boarder, 2 through southern BC, and 6 weeks in Whistler there are hundreds of moments that stand out. I had an amazing year and cant wait for the next.
What would you do if mountain biking wasn’t your job? Something that would probably not be too sweet. Construction? Maybe school? That is something that I don’t have to worry about!
Do you have any spiritual beliefs? Nahhh
Do you think mountain biking has something spiritual? It can be soulful, not spiritual. Who thinks of spirituality when they are shredding their bikes? There are more important things to be thinking about.
What are your plans next year? Time will tell, it’s all under wraps at the moment, but it will be good.
What do you get out of mountain biking? The best life I could imagine.
Secrets? Lot’s of them, none to tell you guys though!

Smells Like Fresh Paint!

Curtis, Kyle & I are stoked! Just picked up our new Troy Lee lids from Paint House Customs. Very happy with how these things turned out. Check it.
